Constitution and Bylaws of the Fondation des francophones

Here are the main objectives set in our new Constitution (June 2017)

Promote education by providing publicly available scholarships and other forms of financial assistance to academically accomplished and / or financially disadvantaged students in British Columbia who are pursuing post-secondary education and whose courses are taught in French
Receive and maintain one or more funds and distribute all or a portion of the capital from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1 (1) of the Canadian Income Tax Act
Do all other things that are secondary and ancillary to the accomplishment of the purposes mentioned above, including the exercise of the powers necessary to carry out and promote the objectives of the society.
